Why do we update the Privacy Policy?

Rather, a jumble of hundreds of laws enacted on both the federal and state levels serve to protect the personal data of U.S. residents. At the federal level, the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S. Code § 41 et seq.), enacted to prohibit “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce. We preserve adequate protection to customers’ information as promised under our company’s privacy policies and won’t disclose customer information beyond the stated provisions in our privacy policies.

Data protection Law in Europe:

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) known as GDPR regulates in Europe the data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It addresses the transfer of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GRPD’s primary aim is to give individuals control over their personal data with the Association’s privacy policies.

The information is collected and shared automatically by our Marketing suppliers after sending forms, downloading material such as ebooks, requesting a quote and others.

This additional information is the data you choose to fill in, for example: name, e-mail, telephone or any other that is in any form on our website. By filling in any form on our website, you expressly authorize the receipt of any campaign or communication from us, and you can always opt out of receiving them at any time, using the link at the end of the email.

What data is collected to provide the service and how will it be used and shared?

Do not participate in training videos or photos, in which case you must inform in advance.

  • Suppliers inside and outside Brazil due to the express need, if any, to provide the service, with a minimum of data;
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition or corporate reorganization;

  • Registration of certification / certificate, inside and outside Brazil;

What data is collected to apply for vacancies and how will it be used and shared?

For the purposes of applying for a job vacancy in any form, other information in addition to the information collected for marketing or advertising purposes is collected and stored. This information is basically name, address, telephone, e-mail and all complementary information sent via form, e-mail or otherwise by the candidate, including through other sources such as a company vacancy on specialized websites.

Complaints, clarifications and related

Do you need to make a complaint about your data, request clarification or something related? You can fill out this form and it will be analyzed directly by our DPO (Data Protection Officer). The response time depends on demand and can take up to 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, changes made to it and any other places that we consider appropriate will be posted so that you are aware of the information collected, its use and other information.
